He is the Founder, President and CEO of Systems Applications & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH), one of the largest Black-owned businesses in the nation. As Mayor of Bowie Maryland, Tim has used his executive experience to help the city successfully navigate the COVID pandemic and balance budgets without raising taxes. He's running for comptroller to achieve accountable and equitable government.
